Neutralizing Assays and Viral ELISA
Understanding viral neutralization and immune responses is pivotal for the development of effective vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. Our comprehensive portfolio of viral ELISA and neutralizing assay reagents provides researchers with the tools necessary to accurately measure viral neutralization, antibody responses, and other critical immunological parameters. Whether you’re investigating viral pathogenesis, evaluating vaccine efficacy, or developing novel therapeutics, our reagents offer the precision and reliability you need to drive your research forward.
Reagents offered:
- RVPs (Reporter Virus Particles): For measuring virus neutralization in a live cell-based assay.
- Pseudoviruses: For measuring virus neutralization without the risk of infection.
- Recombinant antibodies: For studying specific viral antigens and their interactions with antibodies.
- Viral ELISA: For screening and quantification of viral antigen and antibodies.

RVPs and Hemagglutination Inhibition assay reagents from Integral Molecular
Integral Molecular® Reporter Virus Particles (RVPs) are for scientists working to develop vaccines, antibodies, and other countermeasures against the world’s deadliest and most challenging viruses. RVPs are non-replicative virus-like particles with surface proteins from a diverse range of viruses. They are a safe, ready-to-use substitute for live virus, ideal for infectivity and neutralization assays.
The first product of its kind, TiterSafe is an off-the shelf reagent that can easily substitute for live virus in your existing agglutination assays specifically for Influenza. A flexible reagent, it can be used in a variety of influenza assays, including HA, HAI, and NA ELLA assays. TiterSafe is produced in human cells using transfected DNA encoding the influenza HA and NA proteins. Its HA and NA surface proteins have amino acid sequences identical to those in live virus.

Recombinant Viral Antibodies from Sino Biological
Antibodies play important roles in vaccine development processes, including vaccine strain screening, seed lot quality control, and preclinical safety evaluation. Sino Biological, Inc. offers the world’s largest recombinant viral antigen collection, ProVir®, which includes over 1000 products from 100+ virus types/subtypes and 400+ strains. To complement this offering, Sino Biological also offers a comprehensive range of antibodies.
These antibodies including pan HA/NP antibodies, pan NP antibody pairs, and neutralizing antibodies, covering various applications such as WB, ELISA, sandwich ELISA, HI, and MN and providing comprehensive support for viral vaccine development.
Recombinant Viral Antibodies and ELISA from Mediagnost
Since its foundation, Mediagnost has been producing the Hepatitis A virus and its monoclonal antibody for the production of own test systems as well as raw materials for diagnostic companies and offers test systems for the detection of anti-HAV antibodies (IgM and total Ig), HAV antigen and HAV RNA.
In the area of enteroviruses, Mediagnost has developed a highly specific monoclonal antibody which can be used to detect coxsackievirus B3 in various assays, such as immunohistology (kerosene), immunofluorescence, Western blot, FACS and ELISA.
Additionally, Mediagnost has developed a test system for the detection of Antibodies against Pseudomonas aeruginosa antigens. Complementary to classical microbiology, the test detects Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in patients with cystic fibrosis.
