Mediagnost Gesellschaft für Forschung und Herstellung von Diagnostika GmbH was founded in Tübingen in 1985 and quickly developed into a modern and innovative biotechnology company. Today, we are a globally active diagnostics manufacturer.

In the Technology Park Tübingen-Reutlingen, we have the most modern and well-equipped premises for research and production under optimal conditions. Our laboratories are approved for S2 work.

The production of our diagnostics is subject to the quality requirements for medical products according to the German Medical Devices Act and the European Directive 98/79/EC. Mediagnost accordingly has a quality management system that has been certified by a notified body in accordance with EN ISO 13485.

The proximity to the University of Tübingen and numerous contacts to other research institutions enable us to translate scientific findings into marketable products. In addition to the commercialization of in-house test systems based on existing antibodies, we also apply for patent protection for your idea and take over the development of the test system.

We see working on research projects to develop diagnostics with greater efficiency and sensitivity using state-of-the-art techniques, as well as opening up new fields of application for existing test systems, as an important task in providing our customers with optimal solutions.
